Grind fresh for espresso, pour-over, French press or a drip coffee maker. It's balanced and lively enough to enjoy black, yet bold enough to stand up to milk, cream or sweeteners. For espresso, a common starting point is about 1:2 (for example 18 g of coffee for about 36 g in the cup) in 25–30 seconds; for filter methods, start around 1 g of coffee to 16 g of water.
