Grind fresh, right before brewing. Recommended methods: drip coffee maker, French press, paper-filter pour-over and moka pot. A good starting point for filter methods is about 1 g of coffee to 16 g of water, with water just off the boil (about 195–205°F / 90–96°C). Grind medium-fine for pour-over, medium for drip, coarse for French press, and fine-to-medium for moka pot.
